Unlike traditional drum mills, discontinuous bead mills are designed to process high-viscosity materials in a controlled and repeatable way, achieving zero residue at 16,000 mesh. These systems ensure consistent particle size and high product homogeneity, reducing dispersion and facilitating cleaning and maintenance operations.
Although less central in modern production lines, these systems remain important for certain processes and formats. We offer a range of solutions in the most common sizes, including models 20/F, 100, 150, and 1,000, each designed with technical specifications to meet different production needs.
