Ink-Free is the solution designed and engineered by Bluenco in order to store inks and to keep them READY TO BE USED thanks to a re-circulation and filtration system that maintains the ink fresh before passing it to the digital printers.
The Ink-Free system is composed by:
• Re-Filter storage tank in PP or stainless steel with a self-supporting structure completed with a re-circulation and filtration circuit. The tanks are available in different volumes starting from a minimum of 50 liters to a maximum of 2,000 liters.
• Ink-Free supply kit, which has to be installed on the side of every digital printer.
• Digi-Call Supervision System: it allows the monitoring of the storage and the usage of the inks as well as the automatic management of the re-circulation and the ink supply process of the digital printers.
